InfraSync is a cloud infrastructure migration platform that automatically converts existing cloud resources into Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). The service scans your cloud infrastructure and generates corresponding Terraform configuration files and state files.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including but not limited to your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
At the end of each billing period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time.
You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the free trial has expired.

Linxus InfoTech Private Limited SaaS product linxusinfotech.com is a digital service where once you initiate a scan, the service is considered delivered. Therefore, no refunds are available once a scan has been initiated.
No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Once you initiate a scan of your cloud infrastructure, the service is considered consumed and delivered. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances after the scan has been initiated.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.
Free Trial: You may cancel your free trial at any time during the trial period without any charges. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan.
The Terraform code generated by our service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Users are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before applying it to production environments. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of generated Terraform code.
The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
In no event shall Linxus InfoTech Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
