InfraSync is a 100% digital, software-as-a-service product. No physical goods are manufactured, shipped, or delivered, and no shipping charges ever apply. This policy is published to satisfy payment-gateway and marketplace disclosure requirements.

1. Service delivery
- Account access is provisioned instantly upon sign-up at infrasync.app.
- Paid plan features are activated immediately after successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway — typically within minutes.
- Generated Terraform/OpenTofu code is delivered digitally inside your organization: view it in the in-browser editor, download it as a zip, or push it to your GitHub repository.
2. Delivery confirmation
You receive an email confirmation with your invoice after every successful payment. Plan activation is visible immediately in Organization settings → Billing.
3. Delayed activation
If your plan is not active within 60 minutes of a successful payment, contact support@linxusinfotech.com with your transaction reference and we will resolve it within 1 business day.
4. Returns and exchanges
As a digital service, there is nothing to physically return or exchange. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
